Backup Systems Firewall Upgrade & Improvements

We will be carrying out scheduled maintenance to upgrade and improve the firewall infrastructure supporting our Backup Systems service.

During the maintenance window, customers may experience brief interruptions or reduced availability when accessing backup services. Existing backup data will remain protected throughout the maintenance.

No customer action is required. We will monitor the service throughout the work and confirm once maintenance has been completed.
